As many of you know, one of the projects from the 2007 Mers was a $425 t-shirt that would help bring clean running water to rural Alabama families. Continuing on that same thread of designing-for-good, I recently completed a design for Rosa Loves, a company that seeks to help the less fortunate through the sale and awareness of its shirts.
The t-shirt that I designed helps fund a lifesaving surgery for a young Iraqi boy with a heart defect (supposedly caused by the constant fighting and chemical warfare that has plagued the area). Click on “ROSA LOVES” below to learn more about this little boy’s story and the other people Rosa Loves is helping.
Keep up the great work Mers,
Tim
